I am Vance Amory and I have been helping my clients achieve their health goals through strength and mobility training in-person in North London and online for more than 20 years.

My clients come to me with an endless variety of things they want to achieve. Some may simply want to be able to confidently push their grandchildren on a swing. Others may want to get out of pain caused by injuries or a sedentary working life. Some may want to gain confidence in new activities, or simply get more out of their current exercise routines.
Once they have worked with me for a while my clients enjoy the feeling of achieving their goals and continue to work with me to achieve things they never thought they could.

VARIATION NOT REPETITION
My clients’ training sessions incorporate a wide range of disciplines and sports. I use elements from yoga, pilates, weight training, gymnastics, martial arts, athletics and dance.
Every session is different, depending on how my client is feeling that day, what they have to deal with that week, where they are on their journey to achieving their goals.
Some days we may focus on mobility and core strength to deal with aches and pains, other days we may work with bodyweight and resistance bands to build strength, and sometimes we just need to get sweaty with some cardio!

THE RIGHT MINDSET
It is increasingly being recognised that mindset is at least as important as physical fitness in elite sports. The same is true with day-to-day exercise, especially for those who exercise reluctantly.
I help my clients reframe their approach to exercise and to the limitations they may feel their body has. Exercise should not be a chore that needs to be done but a tool towards achieving your goals.
Ultimately I work to help all my clients feel proud of the power and flexibility of their body.

NORTH WEST LONDON
I work across North West London, coming to you to provide holistic fitness in the comfort and privacy of your own home. All we need a bit of open floor space, I’ll bring any equipment we need with me. Sessions last for an hour.
Sessions can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis or in blocks of 5, 10 or 15 appointments.
AT HOME APPOINTMENTS FROM £70
ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
Since 2020 I have offered online fitness sessions over Zoom. During these one hour sessions I will take you through a holistic fitness session, my clients have found these sessions to be incredibly effective as a way to keep in a regular exercise routine. Online appointment can be used in conjunction with at home sessions to get the best of both worlds.
Sessions can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis or in blocks of 5, 10 or 15 appointments.
